(1)   Before the installation, we must count the quantity of the components. Check and clean out the injury that on the processing surface or the thread of the components during the loading and moving, and we should also remove the protective coat and the dusts on the surface.

(2)   We must wipe the fixed contact surface with glycerol, and the movable surface with thin oil.

Foundation

(1)   The cone crusher should be installed in the foundation of the ferroconcrete; the depth of the foundation can be decided according to the local geological conditions.

(2)   In order to avoid the cumulate of the ore after crush, there must be enough spaces under the foundation; this can be convenience for the installation of the transportation facilities.

(3)   To prevent the foundation from damaging, there must be a cover guard board, but the cover guard board should be provided for you.

(4)   The location of the lubricating system and the electric operate, customers can be changed according to the detail environment, but the sequence can not be changed.
