1, Reliable sealing, Shunky Cone Crusher adopts labyrinth sealing instead of water type sealing, which prevents dust and impurities from entering the machine and guarantees the cleanness of the lubricating oil, thus extends the service life of sliding bearing and thrust ball bearing and make the operation of cone crusher reliable.
2, Easy replacement, It usually took a long time to change the crushing wall, whereas the change of crushing wall in the the new Shunky Cone Crusher has been made very fast because there are tips equipped on the wall and it can be fixed when the bolts leg up the tips. The lower crushing wall is fixed by hydraulic nuts. No filling material should be added to the back of the crushing wall, so it greatly reduces workers labor in replacing crushing walls.
3, outler adjustment,displacement transducer was adopted in Shunky Cone Crusher and the adjustment of outler is carried out in the operation room, once the button is pushed, you will see the size of the outler on the screen on the operation table, it's very convenient and accurate.
4, hydraulic system, Shunky Cone Crusher adopts hydraulic system to regulate the size of outler, which can effectively guarantee the safe operation of the equipment, when there are foreign objects in the crushing chamber, the system can make the moving cone recede and when the foreign objects are discharged, the system will relocate the receded moving cone and keep the machine working with its original outler position.
5, Crushing chamber mould , which refers to the geometric space formed by the moving cone and the fixed one. The mould of the crushing chamber is of great importance to the performance of the machine and the crushing chamber mould is the main technology parameter in crushing.
