Shunky machinery held expanding training
Last week shunky machinery organized outward training, the main content included: hiking heeling, sitting up, invincible wheels, flying pigeon pass book, killing people game, etc. During the whole expansion training, all of us is full of passion. In the entire training process I learned how to teamwork.. At the beginning of the acativity, shunky machinery players need name their team, the scale, the slogan. It will take everybody's efforts, needs everybody's heartfelt solidarity. In the end of the hiking heeling, the all the number of team arriving in company first will get reward.Seeing is less powerful than doing, before too many times we are taught to have the team cooperation spirit, we have more profound understandingn through this time.
This gave me the deepest impression is the last play of scoring game, rule is a black card, and the red card. Two teams putting out of the red card get negative three points, putting out of the black card will get three points.when a team put out he red team, another team put out of the black, the red team get six points, blacks get negative six points. The party getting the highest points twin the game. At last, six teams from shunky machinery fail in the cmpetition, because everyone wantd to beat others, not making both win the game. This makes us learn a truth: the best condition is that we all win, not that we make us win and make others die at the same time. The expanding training also told me strong body are important to life and work. I am grateful for this activity of shunky machinery, he let me know quite a lot.
