1. As to new Cone Crusher or the one that was relaced mantle and bowl liner, you need to check the mantle and bowl liner and fasten them again to prevent it from loosing when the cone crusher works for 8-10 hours. We must stop the machine and fasten them again if they are flexible.

2. When the new Cone Crusher works for 8 hours, we should stop to check the tension situation of the expanded coupling sleeve on the front of transmission, and fasten the bolt again. If the expanded coupling sleeve skids, please stop the cone crusher and fasten it again.

3. When cleaning the crushing cavity, all people must be far away from the supporting sleeve as the supporting sleeve may fall off.

4. In Any case, do not take away any hydraulic component without confirm the system is relieved.

5. Please check the pressure of accumulator at least one time after operating the crusher every 3 months. If the cone crusher couldn’t keep the normal pressure of accumulator, the flooded pressure will tumble the soft tupe, pipeline and connector while the briquette enter the cone crusher.
