Cone Crusher Is Preferred in Crushing Hard Rocks


    In the mining crushing industry, once mentioned crushing hard rocks, we first think of cone crusher. That is mainly decided by the body structure, working principle and other features of cone crusher.
    In the case of no-load operation, the rotation direction of its dynamic cone is decided by the frictional force on dynamic cone from spherical bearing and eccentric sleeve. Which force is larger, the rotation direction of the dynamic cone will be in accordance with it. Under normal circumstances, the dynamic cone rotates along the rotation direction of eccentric sleeve. And the rotation speed is determined by the difference between the two forces.
    This type of cone crusher adds dynamic cone upper bushing between the spherical bearing and the lower bushing to control the rotation of dynamic cone. In load operation, the friction torque of stones on dynamic cone’s surface is far more larger than the eccentric sleeve’s on the dynamic cone, then the dynamic cone takes busbar as clockwise shaft and rotates along the material layer in the opposite direction with the eccentric sleeve’s. The rotation of dynamic cone makes the particles uniform and liner wear even.
    The cone crusher adopts labyrinth seal device to replace the conventionally used water seal, so that dust and other impurities can not enter the machine body. That ensures the lubrication oil clean, prolonging the service life of sliding bearing and thrust ball bearing, which further ensures reliable operation of the machine. Therefore, the cone crusher has unique strengths and effect for crushing hard materials, and it is an important mining crushing equipment.
