Depth Interpretation of CS Series Cone Crusher
CS Series Cone Crusher is a modern high-performance crusher, which adopts laminated crushing principle and the concept of more crushing less grinding. It is developed by Shanghai Shunky Machinery Co., Ltd based on taking in advanced foreign technology, combining which with domestic demands of customers. It integrates high-frequency pendulum, optimize chamber type and reasonable stroke into one.
When the CS cone crusher works, the motor makes the eccentric sleeve rotate via driving the V-belt, large pulley wheel, drive shaft, small bevel gear and big bevel gear. Forced by the eccentric sleeve, the crushing cone axis swings, and makes the surfaces of crushing wall and bowl liner get close now and then, thus materials in the ring crushing cavity composed by fixed cone and movable cone are impacted, squeezed, bended and crushed. After being repeatedly squeezed, impacted and bended, materials are crushed to required particles and discharged from the bottom.
The cone crusher is widely used in mining, cement factory, sand and gravel industry for medium and fine crushing of various mine rocks whose pressure is under 350 MPa, such as iron ore, nonferrous metal ores, basalt, granite, limestone, sandstone, pebbles and so on.
