The original design of cone crusher is water-seal. But due to the influence of headwaters and water quality on the spot, it can hardly be sealed well. The mixture of oil-water occurs frequently to cause the abandonment of lubricating oil. At present, the users of using such kind of new cone crusher don not add water generally, which gives rise to the intensified pollution of oil.
The improved cone crusher takes glycerin seal as its seal type with two spherical zones added on the bottom of body. Two circular grooves are added in the periphery of bowl bearing frame with glycerin full inside of groove. The elastic automatic compensation device is installed on the bottom of groove. In the using, the annular ring on the bottom of body is inserted in the glycerin of circular groove all the time to resist the pollution of dust for the oil. And the compensation device on the bottom can compensate the interval of parts’ abrasion type to guarantee the reliability of the seal.
