Good lubrication is the most useful management for the bearing life and good lubrication is the must of equipment’s normal operation and the continuation of life, which will directly affect the efficiency and productivity of the hydraulic cone crusher machine. So it is cultured to choose the kinds of the lubricating oil. Please do not covet cheap and inferior lubricating oil, let alone the secondary oil or other unclean lubricating oil. Before the opening of lubricating oil, the oil cap must be checked whether the lid is sealed in good condition or not. The places of requiring greasing the lubricating oil in this equipment include rolling bearing, roller bearings, all gears, all the live bearing and sliding plane.
The newly installed hoop has the loosening phenomenon easily so we need to check often to avoid accident. In the using process of hydraulic cone crusher, we should listen to the voice of the process frequently and check whether any abnormal sound or unusual vibration. If this is the case, we should shut down the machine to check. The wearing condition of those vulnerable parts should be checked frequently and replace those in time. If the oil temperature of bearing rises, please shut down the machine and eliminate timely.
