Maintenance Methods of Cone crusher
Planned preventive maintenance for cone crusher is a good step to guarantee equipment availability and production plan. Rational arrangements for revision capability and maintenance time can help combine maintenance plan with production plan，thus ensuring crusher to operate in good condition.
There are two ways to make repair period：1, according to the quantity of minerals to be crushed; 2,according to the load operation time.whichever，the physical conditions of one factory must be considered,because repair period has to do with many factors, such as crusher repairing quality, operation rate, workload, mineral intensity and amount of large rocks. Therefore, repair periods are different in different factories, for example, the repair period will be very short if minerals are big and hard, large amout of it and overloaded.
Although the repair periods are different, there are still some ways to shorten the repair time, such as preparing spare parts, preconstruction and everything we need according to plan, or repair time will be prolonged and production will be affected negatively. Detailed record of wear, repair and replacement parts should be made after the decomposition of a overhauling crusher in order to summarise rules from it, which also helps collect data for spare parts preparation, pre-maintenance and failure analysis.
Cone crusher maintenance includes routine maintenance, minor maintenance, medium maintenance and overhaul.
