Notice of Hydraulic Cone Crusher’s Hydraulic System
1. Choose proper hydraulic oil according to the provisions of the cone crusher specification. (1)The type and accuracy requirement of hydraulic oil must be in accord with the specific provisions of hydraulic systems and components manufacturers. (2) If the substitute oil is needed for some reason, it must meet the performance requirements of original grade hydraulic oil as far as possible. (3) It is forbidden to mix different hydraulic oil of different grades.
2. In the process of usage, we should prevent water, emulsion, dust, fiber debris and other mechanical impurities invasion.
3. The engine oil quantity of Hydraulic Cone Crusher should be appropriate. After the pipeline system and components fill with oil, the oil quantity in oil tank should be kept within the prescribed level range.
4. The element, pipeline and system must be cleaned strictly before put into use.
5. The oil must be strict filtered. We need always check the oil filter and replace it timely if it is dirty.
6. Check the quality of hydraulic oil regularly and maintain it clean.
7. Adopt the closed oil tank and install air filter with a certain precision in the tank mouth of Hydraulic Cone Crusher.
