The Category and Application of Cone Crusher
Mineral crusher is the first process of aluminum oxide’s production for sintering process. Cone crusher is constituted by frame, transmission shaft, eccentric bushing, spherical bearing, crushing cone, adjusting device, adjusting sleeve, spring and feeding outlet etc parts. When cone rusher works, the motor engine drives the rotation of eccentric bushing through horizontal shaft and a pair of cone gear. The cone axis of crusher makes rotary motion under the function of eccentric bushing. It makes the crushing surface approach the mortar’s surface some times and stay away from the mortar’s surface some times for ores to be squeezed, fractured, impacted and crushed constantly in the crushing cavity. The field and particles’ size of crusher is decided by the size of interval in the discharging outlet. And the interval of medium crusher and fine crusher must be matched. In this case, the field of crushing system can be the most to give full play to the proficiency of each crusher.
