Working precautions of cone crusher:
(1) The ore must be given in the middle of the distribution plate, which are not allowed to directly put into the crushing chamber. In order to prevent the breaker overload causing uneven liner wear.
Ores condition: The ores are distributed in the crushing cavity through the distribution plate with uniform dispersion. The ores can’t be higher than the level of the rolling mortar wall.
(2) The biggest feeding size of the crusher is less than 85%. Otherwise it will lead to that the crusher production is reduced, which will cause the damaged parts of the cone crusher.
(3) The crusher is not allowed to load start, which will cause an accident.
(4) When stopping, you must first stop the feeder. After the entered ores are discharged from the crushing cavity, which will make the crusher stopped.
(5) The pressure of the locking system and the performance of the hydraulic station should be checked, you should handle it in time when problems are found.
