How to Install the Dustproof and Lubricating Devices of Cone Crushers?
Dustproof devices
of cone crusher are sealed by dry oil. The sealing structure of such dry oil is
the same as that of American symons. Such structure is scientific, safe and
reliable after tested, and can save a set of water supply system and reduce
management expenses. When dustproof devices are installed, dry oil should be
filled in the single cavity. Remember to fuel when the machine is repaired
every time. Water seal arrangement is adopted to serve as dustproof structure.
It is required that drain pipes be installed near water tank. A pipe for
inspection is available. The regulating valve is installed in the position
above the water inlet. If cone crusher stops working, the water in the
dustproof groove should be drained off.
The lubricating
devices of cone crushers should be installed in strict accordance with the
assembling drawing provided by manufacturer. Of course, some necessary
adjustments are made in combination with the local actual situation. The
installation of lubricating devices should ensure the smooth oil return. Before
the cone of cone crusher is installed, lubricating devices should be installed
first, and the experiment of lubricating devices is made. At this moment, the
failure of lubricating system should be eliminated first, which is convenient
for inspection.
When dustproof and
lubricating devices are installed, remember to do as per manufacturer’s
stipulations and installation manual. Cone crushers must be installed by
