The Neglectful Places While the Using of Cone Crusher
In the use of cone crusher, it is very normal in current mining etc industries. And just because of such appropriatecommon, it makes people neglectful for the matters which need the attention in the operation. Here, we stress some neglectful but simple operating matters.
1. The size of crushing ores should not be bigger than the 85% of feeding port’s size of cone crusher.
2. The crusher can not be started under the burdened condition.
3. The ores must be placed in the middle of distribution plate and can not be placed in the crushing cavity directly so as to avoid the occurrence of overloaded crusher and make the abrasion of scale board more uniform.
4. While the stop of machinery, the feeder should be stopped firstly and discharge the crushed ores from the crushing cavity completely then so as to stop the crusher.
5. While the working of cone crusher, we need to pay attention to the stress of its locking system and the working state of hydraulic pressure station. If any problems are discovered, they should be processed immediately.
