Inspection Considerations after the Installation of Cone Crushers
The production capacity of hydraulic cone crushers is quite strong. The ratio of material delivery is large, the acceptability of the discharged particles is high, the abrasion of quick-wear parts of equipment is not serious, and the later maintenance and the replacement of spare parts are not frequent. The expenses of the equipment in the later phases are less than those of other crushers. Generally speaking, they are good crushers. However, such good crushers also need daily maintenance and management.
In the first place, necessary maintenance is made to the bearings of hydraulic cone crushers. Bearing is all load of all equipment. Cares for bearings is the largest management to the whole piece of equipment. Great lubrication is the most useful management on the service life of bearing, as well as necessity to normal application and life extension. And it directly affects the rotation efficiency and production capability of machines. Therefore, there are particular requirements on lubricating oil brand. Never covet the cheap and low quality lubricating oil. Discard second-hand or other unclean lubricating oil. Before opening the cap of lubricating oil, you must check whether the cap is sealed well. Where needs lubricating oil in the equipment is rotating bearing, rolling bearing, all gears, all live bearings and sliding flats.
The newly-installed hoop gets easily loosened. Therefore, frequent inspection is necessary to avoid accidents. Operators should listen to the sound and see whether there is abnormal sound or not. Watch whether there is abnormal vibration. If such case exists, stop the machine and check it. See the abrasion degree of those quick-wear parts frequently, and replace those quick-wear parts. If the oil temperature of bearings rises, stop the hydraulic cone crusher machine, check and eliminate the failure.
