Firstly, when the main unit is
strenuous vibration with the moving cone fast rotate. Maybe the moving cone
sink, the distance between the main shaft and bush, lacking in oil or the
quality is bad, or the main shaft is stuck in the bush, which all can cause the
above problem.
Secondly, when the cone crusher works, the moving cone
will be moved up, it will often occur in winter, because the oil temperature is
low or the safe valve doesn't work. As for this, we only pre-heating the oil or
adjust the valve.
In addition, another problem is that
after the motor working the moving cone doesn't work, this phenomenon is caused
by the broken main shaft, impaired shaft keys or damaged main gear key.
Frankly speaking, the cone crusher is
mainly used for crushing the medium or above medium hardness stone. Therefore,
the loss will be more, however, if the cone crusher can operate in a
right way and the daily maintenance is in place, the above problems will not
occur regularly.
