How to lengthen the life of cone crusher

1. In the use
process of cone crusher, feeding
material must be equality. Or the final products size will not meet the
standard and the capacity of cone crusher will decrease.
2. When cone crusher is working, feeding
material can not too wet, or else they will accumulate in the crushing chamber
and block the discharge opening.
3. The
lubricating oil must be changed in time. Or the spare parts of cone crusher will be worn more easily,
such as shaft sleeve, bowl type watts and so on.
4. The spring of cone crusher cannot be too tight. The
axle will break easily if the pressure is so large, while the spring will move
frequently if the pressure is low.
The quality of cone crusher is important, but a
correct use and maintenance is also very important.
