Cone Crusher out of Control Phenomenon

runaway speed of cone crusher.
What's runaway speed of cone crusher? Because
something unclear will make the moving cone suddenly accelerated, and then, the
main body will be strenuous vibration, meanwhile, the safety appliance will
work out of order, the current and oil temperature will increase. All of these
reasons can make the cone crusher work abnormally.
There are two reasons:Firstly, the gap between the
main shaft and taper bush is a little small; it will lead to taper bush and
main shaft hold on together. What makes this phenomenon happen is bad
lubrication. The bowl shape becomes abrasion and falls down. Another reason is
that the material which is not crushed enter into the crushing cavity. The
protection device will be inoperative. In addition, if the lubrication system
is bad, the runaway speed of cone crusher phenomenon will also happen.
If the dust enter into the oil-way, the main parts will be friction, the oil
temperature will increase, and oil viscosity will decrease, therefore, the
runaway speed of cone crusher will occur.
